Built for extreme visibility, OptiTech LED Beacons deliver output up to 2x brighter than SAE standards, making them suitable for high-risk worksites, roadside operations, and heavy equipment applications. A proprietary reflector optic system works in combination with 6 high-power 5-watt LEDs to produce a smooth, highly visible rotating pattern that replicates the look and effectiveness of traditional rotating beacons while significantly reducing current draw. This performance allows the OptiTech range to match or exceed the visibility of halogen beacons using 55W–70W globes, while maintaining compliance with Heavy Vehicle Regulation 2013 No.77.
Every OptiTech beacon is built for long-term reliability and has undergone rigorous in-house testing as well as validation through independent accredited laboratories. The range also introduces dual-color LED rotating beacon capability, offering selectable color output within a single unit. This allows operators to switch between two preset colors depending on site requirements—such as amber for stationary hazards and green for low-speed operations—eliminating the need for multiple beacons while maintaining a true rotating beacon pattern.
