Our 5 LED work light was engineered with the versatility to attach our custom KOMATSU-specific headlight bracket, making it a true bolt-on replacement for existing driving lights on mining-class haul trucks. Purpose-built to deliver maximum performance, it transforms visibility with tailored beam options: upgrade the low beam with our Anti-Glare pattern for reduced operator fatigue, power the high beam with a long-range spot for unmatched distance, and add a fog beam in selective yellow Anti-Glare for superior performance in dust, fog, and other low-visibility conditions.

X-Drive LEDs – TIR Optics
Top Bin Cree LEDs are driven at 6 watts (for the standard output lamps) or 9 watts (for the high output lamps) though a proprietary TIR optic that is designed to focus the light where you need it most, reducing stray light and unwanted glare on the worksite.

Max Luminous Efficacy
At over 115 lumens per watt the Tremor Series lights are more efficient and deliver more light per watt than the competition.

Oversized Heat Sync Thermal MGMT
The Tremor heat sync is massive in proportion to the lamps power draw. This mechanical advantage combined with our live thermal management is how we are able to achieve such a high luminous efficacy.

IronPoint™ Anti-Vibration Mounting System
Our unique mounting system features a polyurethane isolator in between the housing and the bracket to fully dampen vibration and fully isolate the lamp from the rigid mounting surface. We than add a composite pointer system that further isolates the bolts from the bracket and allows operators to precisely aim the lights in conformance with lab & field tested lighting solutions that can be consistently applied to all the assets in your fleet.
