MEET MIKE CAFRO/JAMIE KIRKPATRICK: 

With over 45 years of combined off-road racing experience and multiple championships in both SCORE and Best In The Desert race series, friends Mike Cafro and Jamie Kirkpatrick collaborated to form the race team Blackhills UTV. Their focus was on taking that combined knowledge and applying it to the competitive realm of UTV off-road racing. Founded in early 2015, Blackhills UTV was virtually an unknown and unproven race team. Now, headed into 2024, Blackhills UTV is a seasoned race team with the backing of leading industry partners like Polaris, Obor Tire, Elka Suspension and of course Vision X Lighting. Blackhills UTV is one of the top-ranking teams in this rapidly growing highly competitive sport of UTV desert racing.

LED LIGHTING SETUP

The Blackhills UTV race team setup sports two Selective Yellow 6.7" CG2 Multi-LED Light Cannons with 27,000+ Lumens blasting past 1,435 ft. as well as a single ADV Light Cannon tossing out 17,000+ Lumens. The advanced optic technology utilizes Multiple 7W LEDs For a Widespread Full Beam Pattern to turn night into day.
